Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging if possible.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
